Diana Mohamed Mustafa graduated
in BSc. In Business and Administration with emphasis
in Management and Information System form the University
of Colorado at Boulder, USA in 1996.
Formerly as a Programmer with Mesiniage Bhd, she
successfully developed the HIMAS (Hospital Information
Management and Accounting System) during her brief
stint there.
Currently, Diana is the MIS Functional
Head in MMC Oil & Gas Engineering, and she ensures
a coordinated and controlled environment for the development
and operation of activities, with respect to System
and IT infrastructure; whilst providing efficient
and effective services to all users. Her main responsibilities
are to keep abreast with industry and development
in latest emerging technology, be accountable to ensure
the implementation of the Operation and IT procedures,
lead subordinates in managing the Data Centre Operations
In-charge of securing, safeguarding and monitoring
the security of any assigned system uphold and enforce
system standards via the department’s policies
and procedures, provide analysis report on system’s
performance and resource utilization and evaluate
system effectiveness for appropriate upgrade and enhancement
to improve current operation. Diana monitors the department’s
performance in terms of number of breakdowns recorded
for the month as well as the average response time
taken to attend to each, ensuring that the department
is executing its support and commitment to the company
in a timely and efficient manner.
