--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MMC Oil and Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd ("MMCOG"), PECD Construction Sdn Bhd and PT. Elnusa Petro Teknik (collectively referred to as the "Consortium") was awarded the project in December 2006, to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the Jabung Gas Booster Compressor Station Project by PT. Transportasi Gas Indonesia. The Project will involve the design, construction, installation and commissioning of gas booster compressor facilities in Jambi, Sumatra. The total contract period is twenty-four (24) months. The total project value is approximately RM170 million. The Signing Ceremony was held on 7th February 2007 at Rancamaya Golf & country club in Bogor, Indonesia. Mr. Shaharel Shafiei, the CEO of MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd, Mr. Zailan Ahmad, the Director of PECD Construction Sdn Bhd Sdn Bhd and Mr. Timotheus Tongli, the Director of PT. Elnusa Petro Teknik represent the Consortium Member, whilst Mr. Gugun Manurung, the President Director and Mr. Naser Abdullah, The Operations Director represented PT. Transportasi Gas Indonesia to officiate the contract.
