Commercial Manager Ismail Jaafar |
Ismail Jaafar has about 15 years experience in oil and gas industry. He started his first job with Oakwelll Industries Sdn Bhd in 1992 after graduating from University Technology of Malaysia with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. In 1996, after 4 years with Oakwell, he joined MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd as Business Development Executive.
He is currently the Commercial Manager in MMC Oil and Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd. As Commercial Manager, he is responsible for all tendering activities for engineering services contracts. His tendering activities cover from pre-qualification, tender proposal preparation, response to tender proposal clarification, clarification meeting until project award.
He managed to secure many contracts from oil and gas clients such as Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, Sarawak Shell Bhd, Exxon Mobil, Murphy Oil Corporation, Talisman Malaysia Limited, Carigali Hess, Newfield etc.
