MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd participated in Technology, education & Career 2005 (TEC 2005), which was held at chancellor Complex of Universiti Teknlologi Petronas (UTP) on 5th April – 7th April 2005. The representatives are Mr. Noorul Khairi (General Manager, Engineering), Izian Zamzuri (Deputy Manager, Human Resources, Safiza Azami (Executive, Developtment & Commercial), Norsarizah Mustaffa (Structural Engineer and Kamarul Ariffin (Instrument Engineer)
There were about 24 companies participated in the career fair including Schlumberger, MSE, TMNet, UEM Builder, Sony, Kinta Kelas, Scomi, FPG, Jaring and etc. MMC Oil & Gas booth were visited by more than 500 students and there is an interview session held by Mr. Noorul Khairi and this session proved to be a useful method to recruit potential employee. The HR Department managed to collect 120 resumes during the Career Fair and the resumes now been used for the HR Database.
MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd participated in The 24th Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Career Day (2006), which was held at Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Razak (DECTAR), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia on 24th – 26th January 2006. The representatives are Izian Zamzuri (Deputy Manager, Human Resources, Safiza Azami (Executive, Developtment & Commercial), Mariam Mortaza (Electrical Engineer) and Kuhan Pathmathevan (Process Engineer).
There were about 25 companies participated in the career fair including Nestle, JPA, Ahmad Zaki Enterprise, Takaful Nasional, Sato, Metrojaya and etc. MMC Oil & Gas booth were visited by more than 3000 students. The HR Department managed to collect around 400 resumes during the Career Fair and the resumes now been used for the HR Database.
