Taking time off from the hectic engineering schedule, MMC Oil & Gas cares and has not put aside its employee's sports and social activities. MMC Oil & Gas believes that a balance between work and recreation will result in a higher productivity as well as foster better rapport between all group of staff within the organisation.

As such, social and sport activities were organised to maintain high staff morale and alleviate the pressure arising from the job stress and hectic schedules.

The CHEER U UP CLUB of MMC Oil & Gas was formed in June 2003 with the objective being the focal point in handling the company’s social activities. The members of the club are volunteers from the staff of MMC Oil & Gas. The activities include :
