The main scope of this contract includes Engineering
Design and Procurement Services for the following tasks:

• Tie-in drawings

• Bulk estimates (piping, Electrical, Instrumentation,
Structures)
• Weight Estimate and Jacket Capacity Analysis
• HAZOP/Safety Studies
• Package Equipment Technical Specifications
• Material Take-offs
• PDMS Modelling
• Construction and Installation drawings
• Technical Bid Package preparation and evaluation
assistance
• Package post-award engineering interface management
assistance
• Required office facilities
MMCOG shall also provide procurement support covering
Technical Bid Evaluation and post package award interface
engineering.

The well production streams are now beginning
to show signs of mercury breakthrough. Further
mercury build up may result in breach of the sales
gas specification limit for mercury. In addition
the mercury may also end up in the condensate
and produced water streams. As a result CARIGALI
HESS is desirous of carrying out Front End Engineering
(FEED) and Detail Design (DD) of facilities for
Mercury Removal in the gas, fuel gas, condensate
and water streams.
The FEED work shall include development of Mercury
Removal Unit (MRU) package technical specifications
(for bidding), engineering calculation sizing
or reports, studies to suitably locate the unit
within the existing platform, and lift or installation
studies.
The detail engineering design phase shall include
engineering design drawings, material take-off’s,
PDMS modelling and material purchase requisition
specifications internal and external to the MRU
skid package
