(1) Part 1 - Mobilisation and Review of Documentation
This part requires the CONTRACTOR to have in place
an adequately manned project office to undertake
the requirements of the F28 Development Project.
The CONTRACTOR is required to review and be familiar
with the contents of the F28 Gas Field Development
(F28DR-A) Basis For Design (Ref: EPA-T-EP07-R07),
design CTRs, other relevant documentation and
with the existing F6 processing and compression
facilities. Any discrepancies or clarification
shall be itemised and discussed with the COMPANY
at clarification meetings arranged by the COMPANY,
after which the CONTRACTOR is deemed to have agreed
with the accuracy and completeness of those documentation.
(2) Part 2 - CONTRACTOR Services
This part covers the general services required
to support the design and engineering activities
under Part 3 and Part 4 herein. It shall include
but not limited to the following:
1. Project management – including project
information and admistration system
2. Project planning and progress reporting
3. Cost estimating and control
4. Quality management
5. Document control
6. Computing, reproduction and etc - relevant
supporting infrastructure
7. Travel, site visits, interface meetings,
and etc - relevant supporting activities
(3) Part 3 – Conceptual Design to “AFD”
Status
This part covers the discipline engineering
efforts required for Conceptual Design scope
of work to Approved for Design (AFD) status
. The Conceptual Design shall be completed in
four months after award of design contract.
(4) Part 4 – Detailed Design to “AFC”
Status
This part covers the discipline engineering
efforts required for Detailed Design scope of
work to Approved For Construction (AFC) status.
Detailed Design shall be completed in six months
after completion of Conceptual Design.
Part 4: Scope Of Work
Tender No. 600187 - Conceptual Design &
Detailed Design of F6 Tie-in and Pipeline for
F28 Development Project.
Prior to reaching AFC status, there will be
an intermediate step to issue a Detailed Design
package at Approved for Bid (AFB) status to
facilitate the tendering for the fabrication
contract.
(5) Part 5 – Project Follow-up
The CONTRACTOR will be required to make available
suitable staff to work with the COMPANY’s
Project Team throughout the fabrication, offshore
installation, hook-up and commissioning phases
to satisfactory start-up and production.
(6) Part 6 – Materials Technical Requisition
Services
This part covers the preparation of material
technical requisition packages for the project.
