MMC Oil & Gas Engineering (MMCOG) participated at the MOGSEC x OGA event jointly organized by The Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Services Council (MOGSC), Malaysian Petrochemicals Association (MPA) and Informa Markets Malaysia. The Oil & Gas Industry exhibition and conference was held from 13-15 September 2022 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The biennial event showcases the latest technologies, equipments & products in the industry.
The three-day event had given MMCOG the opportunity to engage with existing and new potential clients. Apart from expanding our network and promoting our services in engineering, the event also enabled MMCOG to introduce our new joint venture (JV) with DORIS Group named DORIS MMC Sdn Bhd. DORIS Group is an expert of low carbon and renewable energy design with proven international experience, in addition to their existing oil and gas capabilities. The JV, DORIS MMC, aims to provide quality engineering services at highly competitive rates for oil and gas projects, as well as engineering services for low carbon and new energy projects.
With 1,000 participating companies and industry brands from 47 countries, including 8 international country pavilions, and a record 24,551 trade and professional visitors from 52 countries, the merged event occupied six halls at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
It is a key event that keeps Malaysia in the spotlight and highlights its potential in the Oil, Gas and Energy sector, which helps to boost Malaysia’s position as a powerful oil and gas nation, particularly in the Asian region.
