For 2018, in conjunction with celebrating Aidil Fitri, MMCOG aims to stabilize our presence, reinforcing present values while venturing into new opportunities with interested partners both locally and internationally. The principle was expressed clearly by the Chief Executive Officer, Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha in the company’s most recent CEO Info Session.

MMCOG, now returning as one of the businesses under MMC Corporation Bhd, retains its’ loyal staffs and workforce, whom are fully experienced and versed in the industry. Tenets and motto were brought to light once more to employees, to bring clarity to the company’s identity. Ts. Sharifah believes that recognition shall be given to those who perform and deserving of them.

This year’s Employee Suggestion Scheme (ESS) winners are the most in numbers as a starting intiative to this idea.  The top 5 winners are Ms. Muzni (HR), Mr. Ajitpall (HSE), Mr. Farid (HSE), Ms. Fatihah (QA) and Mr. Khalil (PM) from our branch office Kertih. Following the awards, the event also brought forward CEO Zamrud Excellence Awards for select few employees with the best recommendations.

2018’s Zamrud Awards were given to Ir. Amar Sidik (Project  Management) whom has been serving MMCOG for 4 years, followed by Mohd Hamizan Arif (Instrument), who has been with the company for 6 years. They were chosen for their extra efforts and high regards from clients and colleagues.

Other awards were also given to youths in academic for eligible family members of the staffs: Puteri Nursuraya (Ts. Sharifah Zaida’s daughter) for SPM 2017 9A, Sow Jia Wen (Mr. Sow TJ’s daughter) for SPM 2017 9A and Narissa Azalea (Mr. Norazlin Abdul Aziz’s daughter) for PT3 2016 8A.
