MOGSEC 2018 is expected to welcome 7,000 quality trade and professional visitors from the Malaysian Oil & Gas Industry who are looking to source for the latest products, services and technology from the market and to connect with new suppliers, business partners and customers.

With more than 7,000 visitors of various oil & gas sector professionals, MOGSEC 2018 has successfully completed its’ annual exhibition; acting as a platform for local oil & gas service providers to engage them outward to abroad markets.

The event which began on Thursday (25th September) has attracted more than 7,000 visitors and professionals of many trades to convene on current issues, challenges, sharing of technology and information and prospects by matching businesses and skills.

MMCOG’s acting CEO, as MOGSC’s own president, Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha has estimated an up to RM400 million transactions compared to previous two year’s RM300 million sponsorship for this fourth event. There are up to 350 exhibitors at the event with 60% of them are SME (Small-Medium sized Enterprises) opening up their opportunities to global markets.

MOGSEC 2018 was joined by key players such as Bureau Veritas, Draeger, Geveke Oil & Gas, Sapura Energy Bhd and Velesto Bhd. President and CEO of Petronas, Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin was also scheduled to commemorate the opening ceremony.
