Sunday, 20th October 2019 – As part of MMC Oil & Gas’ (MMCOG) effort to foster a productive and conducive environment to its fellow employees, many efforts have been initiated. One of the highly sought practises is the casual but engaging session called Kopi O Session with the CEO, Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha Syed Ibrahim in MMCOG’s branch office on Kertih, Terengganu. The session was attended by more than 70 staffs from the various in-house departments from the said office.
From sharing real life experiences, stories, ideas and thoughts, the session aims in engaging staffs in giving and discussing fresh ideas in facing the current market climate. Through sharing ideas with clear transparency between the channels from the employees to the top management, MMCOG strives to promote better teamwork and understanding.
This is one of the many efforts by the CEO to building a new and more dynamic MMCOG in catering to future changing demands.
